idea of what to expect from the Fathom & Firkin and it doesn’t
disappoint. The spacious pub is decked out with sea related artefacts and
serves its usual Dogbolter as well as Fathom Ale. Food is served
throughout the day and the atmosphere is a lively and entertaining one.

For starters it knows how to serve a good pint of real ale and it also has an interesting menu on offer from noon up until around 9.30 in the evening. There’s also a variety of entertainment in the form of a live bands every Saturday night and karaoke every Wednesday and Friday.

Sunday lunch here is particularly popular with the added appeal of live music whilst you dine.
